How to Compete

Getting Started:

1st - Register at EZSportsPick (It's EZ)

2nd - Create your personal team (ex. "BrendasBuggies" or "SpeedRacerSam")

3rd - Create your league for you and your friends (ex. "Fender Benders" or "Sports Buddies") or Join a Public league.

4th - Before each event starts on television, go into your team and make picks.

How it Works:

EZSportsPick makes it easy to compete with friends or family. Once your league and teams are set, you are ready to compete.

Before the start of each race, enter your winning selections for your team. You can also update your smack-talk to other league members, or invite other friends to join your league. Then get ready to race.

Watch NASCAR© Cup Series on T.V. and at the same time watch your progress on EZSportsPick. Just click on your league and watch how your points compare with your friends. Points are calculated as the race is happening. For additional fun, click on Live Leaderboard and get race stats including: Number of cautions, number of lead changes, number of leaders, number of cars that started, time elapsed, laps completed, average speed, and lap-by-lap comments.

Once the race is over and final points are calculated, print out the results and post it over the water cooler. (Example water cooler print-out)

Making Points:

How are points accumulated? It's EZ. If you choose car 39 as one of your ten choices and car 39 finishes the race in 1st place, you earn 50 points. If car 39 finishes in 2nd place you earn 49 points. If car 39 finished in 3rd place you earn 48 points, etc.

Bonus Points:

One more way to get points. If you chose car 39 to finish in 2nd place and car 39 does indeed finish in 2nd place, you earn an additional 10 points for having the car in the right place. Thus car 39 in 2nd place will yield you 59 points (49 + 10).

It's fast - It's Fun - It's Free
